I love my new car and everyone was very friendly

I had a slight problem, they took care of it and kept the car while I was away. Everyone at Hank Graft in Davison is helpful and friendly.

Had the 2026 Trax in the color I wanted, everything was fast and perfect. My salesman was awesome ( James Brown ) and the entire Hank Graff team was amazing. Thanks again I’ll be back for a new truck next summer

I had made an appointment for oil change on the 1st of December but needed to get it done earlier so I called the service dept this morning Hank Graf and she was super nice!!! She said they could get me in at 1030 today!! I was so happy!! I brought some work to do while waiting but they were so fast and professional, I didn’t have time to do it!!! Everyone from the desk folks to the service guys were absolutely AWESOME!!!! Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient!!! Thank you Hank Graf!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!! Scott did very nice job of keeping us updated. Complex repair. I spoke directly to the service technician who answered all of my questions. No issues to report. 02/27/2023 Had LOF completed today. ‘Austin’ did a very nice of managing today’s visit, beginning to end. Very courteous and answered all of my questions. No issues to report. 10/09/2023 Had new battery, cabin air filter and windshield wipers installed. No issues. Cody (Service Advisor) & Tom (Technician) are always courteous and professional. I depend on them for their knowledge and guidance. 1/3/2024 TPMS fault was checked and corrected. Cody coordinated the entire repair process. Communicated status and explained the fix and timing in detail. Courteous and professional. No issues. 3/19/2024 New tires installed and alignment completed. Cody Ryan ordered my tires when I set the appointment and managed the entire process with no issues. Status was consistently communicated. He also took the time to explain how/when to submit my rebates. Much appreciated! Also, I appreciated the video Matthew Dunham recorded. It’s nice to see a well constructed, informative video. 7/10/24 Had ambient temperature sensor replaced on our 2020 Traverse. Repair/service process was seamless. C.Ryan did an excellent job of diagnosing the root-cause and coordinating the entire service appointment. The repair technician also did an awesome job. Overall great experience. No issues. 3/31/2025 LOF … No issues to report. Check-In tech was very gracious. She assisted me with coupons and points. I was early for my appointment and she worked me in which I appreciated. She also was very complimentary of her service team and mentioned how efficient they are. Great experience! 9/26/2025 Great purchasing experience! Paul & Janell are consummate professionals and great to work with. Our new 2025 Blazer is amazing! 8/21/2026 LOF/Tire Rotation > 2020 Chevrolet Traverse No issues. Checked in before my appointment time. Took approximately 60 minutes to complete. The service advisor (Cody) did an excellent job of managing the entire process including check-out.
