I came in to get my oil change and tire rotation. This is my second or third time working with Cody and he is fantastic. He's super helpful in answering my questions, he's gotten me in and out quickly which I appreciate as I have to cart my 5 month old son with me and it's hard to manage him sometimes with long waits. The wait is never a problem at Hank Graff though. I appreciate how helpful the staff has been when I had to reschedule my appointment as well. Thanks Cody for always helping me out and being so nice!!

Friendly service. Was able to do a fix within an hour , 1pm on a saturday.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Bought a new 2025 Silverado in May. My salesman Jacob was everything you could ever ask for in a salesman. Personable, knowledgeable, good sense of humor and most importantly, not a sleezy, pushy salesman. I wasn’t beaten up on my trade in, and the buying process was smooth as silk. Took the truck in for first service this morning and was greeted a service staff member to get my truck into service. Walk into the waiting room and was instantly greeted by the Courtesy Driver who was making sure there was fresh popcorn and the drinks in the fridge were stocked up. With a big smile he asked if I needed a ride anywhere. I then took a walk in the lot to check out some new inventory and within 3 minutes was greeted by a member of, I’m assuming, sales staff. You guys make most other dealerships look bad, and that’s good! Your Service with a Smile approach is certainly working and you’ve gained a lifetime Chevrolet customer with myself, my family, my friends, my coworkers and anyone else I run into that needs a new/used vehicle. Keep up the fantastic work!

Top notch service department! Fast oil change and tire rotation. I bring my GMC here because they’re so quick. Only negative for me was they had The View on the morning TV in the waiting room. Great dealer!

Olivia did a great job to make sure all service was performed. She walked over to talk to a technician to squeeze in a tire rotation I didn't know I needed until the check was done.
