Very happy with my interaction and purchase from Alec at Hank Graff in Davison. We were able to complete roughly 90% remotely through text and phone. Once onsite I was able to inspect and test drive the car I was looking at, and the pre-approval helped keep the process quick and easy. Really enjoying the 2016 Golf GTI. Fantastic service from the staff, very respectful and knowledgeable. A+ recommendation!!!

Fast and efficient service

Hank Graff Chevrolet has outstanding people who excel at their jobs! My 2026 Silverado 3500 had a slight vibration at Highway speeds on smooth roads. Gary Pearlman took the time to listen to my explanation of when it happened, and what the vibration felt like. He passed that information on to the technician who road tested the vehicle, duplicated the concern and solved the problem by rebalancing the tires. Two were found to be out of spec. It now rides like the high quality vehicle it is!!! It is a great feeling to be heard, understood and valued. And that is were Hank Graff Chevrolet shines!!!
