I found Hank Graff chevy through the Chevrolet inventory search while looking for a specific vehicle. After reaching out with some questions, Bill Feudale(the only bill here) from the sales team contacted me. Bill and the rest of the Graff Chevrolet team made the purchase of my new truck simple and quick, especially for an out of state sale. I drove about three hours and crossed state lines to work with Hank Graff chevrolet and Bill, and I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Worked with Hailey Appleyard, she did a great job. Answered all my question. Very nice and polite. I will be going back again for my next car. Just don’t ask her is it going to rain. I took the day off to buy a car and finish lawn. Then it rained. Great sales person just not a weather girl.

I recently purchased a used Chev SUV from salesman Alec Bailey. He and his Manager Kam were both great to do business with. Their customer service was exceptional. They took the time to work with me and we were honest with each other. This is my expectation when I am making a purchase like this, honesty and integrity. Alec was very nice when he approached me. We walked the car lot and we looked at many vehicles and he was very knowledgeable of the inventory. I had many questions and he answered them all. I test drove the SUV that he showed me and I liked it. It all went from there and I ended up purchasing the SUV. The exciting thing was when I went back to finalize the business and take delivery of my SUV the next day it had a beautiful large pink bow on the hood. We took pictures of the SUV. This was a highlight and fun part of purchasing this vehicle . I highly recommend you to ask for Alec Bailey if you are looking for a used vehicle.

I just purchased a new chevy crew cab rally sport and had the most amazing salesperson named Haily Appleyard. I have been buying cars and trucks for 50 years and this is the first woman salesperson I have ever had. She found all the discounts and answered all my questions thoroughly. She wasn't pushy and didn't try to upscale things. On a scale from 1 to 10 I rate her an 11. VERRY GOOD Experience!! This is the way selling cars should be everywhere.
