My first time to Hank Graff Chevrolet dealership for service. I have a vehicle I bought that has just over 36,000 miles and it was overheating on the highway. I brought it in explaining my issue. I explained to the Service Writer Josh I'm very detailed about the working of my vehicles. When I got there and was reading over the receipt. I didn't understand or actually see very much detail on it. All I saw was a hose was removed, cleaned and resealed. What hose? Why was it removed? Resealed how? The young lady didn't have the answers so she got a gentleman to come to her work station. He wasn't clear either. He did take the time the next day to look into the repairs. Called me and explained in "detail" what was done to my vehicle. This earned the positive rating and the other positive was the shuttle. Thank you all for making this a good experience for me for my first visit.

The guys in Service ROCK!! Put a temporary plug in my tire when I was in a rush to get my mother to an appointment. I later returned to have the permanent patch done. I was charged a mere $28. Seriously consider this dealership.... they are WONDERFUL!!! 🥰🥰
