Nice and friendly service and always a good experience. On the other hand I thought the cost was a bit too high for what was done.

They understood my problem and it was taken care of sooner than expected. I am very pleased with the service that I received.

My salesman Jacob was great to work with. He answered all questions face to face or over the phone. The financial department was great to work with as well and everyone had friendly personalities. The whole buying process did not take long and appreciated. Thank you!

Very pleasant experience. Got me in right away as a "walk in". Even reminded me I had a warranty for the item needed. Waiting area was busy but clean and didnt feel crowded. Very quick turn around time as well.

We were impressed with everything from our first meeting, with Chris Horvath and Tyler Kent. Love now they had the truck ready for us to look at and of course they made us a great deal on a trade-in as well as the new truck. The sale went smoothly and just loved how everyone made us feel special, even though I know it's salesmanship, but still I liked it . LOL. I'll include Janelle in finance. Picking up the truck. It was ready for us at the door. It was just a really wonderful experience buying a brand new truck. Tyler was great going over everything and completing the paperwork and answering all my questions. What an enjoyable experience buying a new vehicle. One of your other customers that I ran into camping in the Upper Peninsula suggested to me going here when I was going to look for a truck, and I'm glad I did! Highly recommend! Will be back when we're ready to replace our other vehicle! I'm happy to recommend this dealership when looking for a vehicle.
