Alec was my main contact and everyone else I met at Hank Graff was top-class. Seriously, best team ever. They made us feel like family.

I bought a vehicle from the dealership last week and Christian Thwing was my contact person from the sales team. From the initial phone call, he was transparent with the process and pricing without being pushy. He fulfilled my request of getting a loaner vehicle which the vehicle was being prepared and also given a fair trade in price for my current vehicle. I had a great overall experience with the dealership and would highly recommend Christian.

The salesman I delt with Christian thwing was an awesome guy. I never felt rushed or pushed everything was done in a quick and professional manner and when it came the day to pick up my 2026 silverado when I got there everything was already to go and went very smooth. I would definitely recommend him for anyone's next purchase or lease if you want someone who's nice,professional and will get you where you need to be.
