Every time I enter the Service Department at Hank Graff in Davison the employees are always friendly and helpful and on-time! I truly am so grateful! The Service Manager, Justin Price, is so thorough and great also. The waiting room and restrooms are clean and pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Greg checked me in and was great. I drive diwn from Oscoda just to come here.

Was greeted by Davonte Smith. Asked if I was there to speak to anyone in particular. We talked and asked what I was checking into. He asked my preferences and had my 2024 Equinox appraised. There was a 2027 Equinox available. We talked financials and I test drove it. After the purchase he instructed me on the features. Very pleasant experience. Thank You, Davonte Smith!

Ive been looking for a newer truck for the longest time till i heard about this dealership. I have been to multiple dealerships and i can personally say that this dealership had the best customer service. Todd Bailey assisted me and worked amazingly well with me.
